"Laughing Towel Exercise"- face the pandemic!
The continued spread of the pandemic has caused many people to feel depressed, and a certain degree of stress can cause muscles to become tensed. In this episode of "Lingnan University Three Anti-Covid Treasures — Stay-at-home Exercise”, William Kwok (the project officer of The Asia-Pacific Institute of Ageing Studies) was invited to lead us to work out the "Laughing Towel Exercise.” It helps to create breathing space for yourself, learn how to relax, and train up the suppleness of the upper limbs! As the saying goes, "A joyful heart is a good medicine" let's face the pandemic with an optimistic attitude!

政府2月24日正式落實「疫苗通行證」,進入所有食肆堂食、及多個處所都需要使用「安心出行」及出示疫苗接種紀錄(電子針卡)才可進入。在“嶺大抗疫三寶.資訊分享”短片為大家整理了表列處所,及如何把疫苗接種紀錄(電子針卡)或「新冠疫苗接種醫學豁免證明書」(「豁免證明書」)加入「安心出行」程式!

The government officially implemented the "Vaccine Pass" on February 24, 2022. To enter all restaurants, dine-in, and multiple premises, we must use the "Leave Home Safe" App and present the vaccination record (electronic injection card) before entering. Chinese Medicine Practitioner shares ways to improve immunity to fight against the COVID-19|Mr. CHUNG Wai Yeung Under the soared Pandemic, besides wearing masks and washing hands frequently, it is significate to strengthen our own immunity to defense the virus of COVID-19. Mr. CHUNG Wai Yeung, a registered Chinese medicine practitioner (Lingnan University Chinese Medicine Clinic), shared with us how to enhance immunity and relieve common symptoms caused by the COVID-19, such as coughing and sore throat etc. Mr. Chung also recommends some menu of healthy soups to us.

About “Vaccine pass”
To enter all restaurants, dine-in, and multiple premises, we must use the "Leave Home Safe" App and present the “Vaccine pass” starting from 24th February 2022. The method of checking is twofold: “Passive checking” and “Active checking.” In this episode of "Lingnan University Three Anti-Covid Treasures —Information sharing”, we demonstrate the application of “Vaccine pass” in different categories of scheduled premises and its essential note! “Three Traditional Chinese Medicine formula” (Three TCM formula) for COVID-19 standard therapy | Professor Albert Wing Nang LEUNG
梁榮能教授(註冊中醫師)除了講解古代抗疫的智慧經驗外,更分享通過抗疫臨床測試的有效藥方—「三藥三方」。此藥方也是為國家中醫藥管理局所承認的,能夠減輕輕症患者症狀,促進患者康復,成為防治新冠疫情的出路。
Besides sharing the ancient wisdom in fighting against the pandemics, Prof. Albert Wing Nang LEUNG (梁榮能教授) also shared effective Chinese Medicine prescriptions, namely “Three Traditional Chinese Medicine formula", that passed the clinical test on COVID-19 patients. The prescriptions were recognized by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with mild symptoms and facilitates the recovery. The TCM formula become an effective way out of treating the COVID-19.

Easy exercises to prevent falls and build muscle at home!
Despite staying at home for a long time amid pandemics, the elderly can maintain their muscle strength by exercising daily. In this episode, Howard LAU, a student of Lingnan University, teaches us five sets of muscle-strengthening exercises.
