On 8 July 2020, there were three sessions of a workshop on “Confronting the Triple Trap: The Pandemic, Economic Downturn, and Climate Crisis in India and China” (直面三重困境 : 新冠疫情、經濟衰退與氣候危機).
This session focuses on the theme of triple trap in India, including the pandemic, economic downturn, and climate crisis. It is moderated by Prof. LAU Kin Chi (Lingnan University, Hong Kong, China) and there are four speakers to deliver presentations :
- Manoranjan MOHANTY (University of Delhi, India)
- Anuradha CHENOY (Jawaharlal Nehru University, India)
- Arindam BANERJEE (Ambedkar University Delhi, India)
- Urvashi BUTALIA (Zubaan Books, India)
