Abstract

随着全球公共卫生意识的提升,“厕所革命”已成为改善城市面貌、丰富和增进城市功能、提升公共健康水平的关键行动,公厕是城市管理和服务中较为细节的部分。但是细节不代表小事,它往往决定了一座城市的品味和气质,公厕建设得好不好,管理得行不行,直接影响到了公众的生活质量,是现代城市中必不可少的重要基础设施。公厕在城市运行、保障社会活动、方便公众生活及丰富城市文化中起着非常重要的作用,更与环境保护、水资源管理及社会经济发展紧密相连。

本文研究的问题是探索厕所革命的商业可持续性实践路径。厕所革命在商业上具备可持续性,面临着诸多挑战,如经济成本、技术创新、政策法规以及社会文化等方面的制约。

本文采取了文献综合梳理、实例深度剖析以及调查问卷等多种研究方法。为了全面衡量厕所革命在商业层面的价值潜质及其对未来社会、生态环境和经济体系的深远影响,我们首先对现阶段厕所革命的实况进行了全方位深度探究,以揭示其所主要面临的商业可持续性难题,并针对性地提出一系列应对策略。

结果显示,推动厕所革命商业化持续发展的策略核心在于产品创新、商业模式构建、战略合作关系构建以及社会文化教育宣传,这实质上是借助商业反哺公厕即“以商养厕”模式来实现这一可持续进程。为了有效降低经济负担并增强市场接纳度,采取诸如公私合作经营、引入社会资本和利用政策性财政扶持等多元化的资本筹集手段至关重要。此外,研发与普及高效节能的厕所技术及资源循环再利用技术,则为解决产品革新层面的难题提供了有力支撑。进一步讲,通过积极研发出能节约资源且运行成本低的技术方案,并将其广泛应用至市场中,无疑有助于化解产品创新环节所面临的种种挑战。最后,在社会文化层面,提升公众对厕所革命的认知意识并引导其行为习惯发生积极转变,也是克服相关难题的关键一环。唯有当社会各界普遍认识到厕所革命的重要性,并愿意在日常生活中采纳更加卫生、环保的使用方式,这场革命才能真正地深入人心,从而确保其商业可持续性的最终实现。

本研究对于推动厕所革命的商业可持续性具有重要的理论和实践意义。它不仅为政府、企业和社会提供了有益的参考和建议,也为未来的研究和实践指明了方向。通过研究者和实践者不断的努力,探索出中国厕所革命商业可持续发展的新模式,将厕所革命的成果作为“一带一路”讲好中国故事,给世界其他欠发达地区提供可参考案例。

With the increasing awareness of global public health, the "toilet revolution" has become a key action to improve urban appearance, enrich and enhance urban functions, and enhance public health levels. Public toilets are a more detailed part of urban management and services. However, details do not represent small things. They often determine the taste and temperament of a city. The construction and management of public toilets directly affect the quality of life of the public and are essential infrastructure in modern cities. Public toilets play a very important role in urban operations, ensuring social activities, facilitating public life, and enriching urban culture.

The problem studied in this article is to explore the commercial sustainability practice path of the toilet revolution. The toilet revolution is sustainable in business and faces many challenges, such as economic costs, technological innovation, policy regulations, and social and cultural constraints.

We aim to comprehensively evaluate the commercial value potential of the toilet revolution and its profound impact on future society, the ecological environment, and the economic system. Furthermore, this study will reveal the main challenges it faces in terms of commercial sustainability and propose a series of targeted response strategies.

The results show that the core strategy for promoting the commercialization and sustainable development of the toilet revolution lies in product innovation, business model construction, strategic cooperation relationship construction, and social and cultural education and publicity. In essence, this is achieved through the commercial feedback of public toilets, that is, the "commercial toilet maintenance" model. In order to effectively reduce economic burden and enhance market acceptance, it is crucial to adopt diversified capital raising methods such as public-private partnership, introduction of social capital, and utilization of policy based financial support. In addition, the research and popularization of efficient and energy-saving toilet technology and resource recycling technology provide strong support for solving the problems of product innovation. Furthermore, actively developing technology solutions that can save resources and have low operating costs, and widely applying them to the market, undoubtedly helps to resolve the various challenges faced in product innovation. Finally, at the socio-cultural level, enhancing public awareness of the toilet revolution and guiding its behavior habits to undergo positive changes is also a key step in overcoming related challenges. Only when all sectors of society recognize the importance of the toilet revolution and are willing to adopt more hygienic and environmentally friendly ways of use in daily life, can this revolution truly penetrate people's hearts and ensure the ultimate realization of its commercial sustainability.

It not only provides useful references and suggestions for the government, enterprises, and society, but also points out the direction for future research and practice. Through the continuous efforts of researchers and practitioners, we have explored a new model for the sustainable development of China's toilet revolution business. We will take the achievements of the toilet revolution as the "the Belt and Road" to tell Chinese stories and export them to other underdeveloped regions in the world.
