Abstract
随着人口老龄化问题的日益严重,智能养老已经成为社会关注的重要议题。养老数据的管理和隐私保护是智能养老系统中亟待解决的关键问题,如何提高数据的安全性、共享效率及用户的信任度,是当前研究的重要方向。区块链技术凭借其去中心化、不可篡改和可追溯的特性,为养老数据管理和隐私保护提供了全新的解决方案。本研究旨在探讨区块链技术特征对养老数据管理效果和隐私保护效果的影响,并进一步分析用户信任在这一过程中的中介作用。
首先,本文通过文献综述法梳理了区块链技术的基本理论和应用现状,特别是在数据管理、隐私保护以及智能养老领域的应用研究。基于理论分析,本文提出了区块链技术的去中心化、安全性、智能合约和可追溯性等特征对养老数据管理效果、隐私保护效果以及用户信任的影响假设,并建立了相应的概念模型。为了验证上述假设,本文设计了调查问卷,采用问卷调查法收集了养老行业相关人员和用户的反馈数据。通过描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析,本文探讨了区块链技术特征对养老数据管理效果和隐私保护效果的影响,验证了用户信任在这一过程中起到的中介作用。研究结果表明,去中心化、安全性、智能合约和可追溯性等区块链特征对养老数据管理和隐私保护效果具有显著正向影响,其中,去中心化和智能合约对数据安全性和数据共享效率的影响最为显著。用户信任在区块链技术特征与养老数据管理效果、隐私保护效果之间起到了部分或完全的中介作用。通过本研究,本文不仅丰富了区块链技术在养老数据管理和隐私保护领域的应用研究,也为智能养老系统的设计和优化提供了实践指导。同时,本文还揭示了用户信任在区块链技术应用中的重要性,为未来的研究和实践提供了新的视角。最后,研究也指出了当前研究的局限性,并提出了未来进一步研究的方向,如区块链技术与人工智能结合的潜力、不同地区政策对区块链技术应用的影响等问题。
With the increasingly serious problem of population aging, intelligent pension has become an important issue of social concern. The management and privacy protection of pension data is the key problem to be solved in the intelligent pension system. How to improve the security, sharing efficiency and user trust of data is an important direction of current research. With its decentralized, tamper proof and traceable features, blockchain technology provides a new solution for pension data management and privacy protection. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of blockchain technology characteristics on the elderly care data management effect and privacy protection effect, and further analyze the mediating role of user trust in this process.
Firstly, this paper reviews the basic theory and application status of blockchain technology through literature review, especially in the field of data management, privacy protection and intelligent elderly care. Based on theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the impact of the characteristics of blockchain technology, such as decentralization, security, smart contract and traceability, on the elderly care data management effect, privacy protection effect and user trust, and establishes the corresponding conceptual model. In order to verify the above hypothesis, this paper designs a questionnaire, and uses the questionnaire method to collect the feedback data of relevant personnel and users in the pension industry. Through descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper discusses the impact of blockchain technology characteristics on the elderly care data management effect and privacy protection effect, and verifies the mediating role of user trust in this process. The results show that the characteristics of blockchain, such as decentralization, security, smart contract and traceability, have a significant positive impact on the elderly data management and privacy protection effect, among which decentralization and smart contract have the most significant impact on data security and data sharing efficiency. User trust plays a partial or complete intermediary role between the technical characteristics of blockchain and the effects of pension data management and privacy protection. Through this research, this paper not only enriches the application research of blockchain technology in the field of pension data management and privacy protection, but also provides practical guidance for the design and optimization of intelligent pension system. At the same time, this paper also reveals the importance of user trust in the application of blockchain technology, providing a new perspective for future research and practice. Finally, the study also pointed out the limitations of the current research, and proposed the direction of further research in the future, such as the potential of the combination of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence, and the impact of policies in different regions on the application of blockchain technology.
