Supported by LEO and Dr David P Chan, Lingnan University launches "LEO Dr David P Chan Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Data Science Programme" starting from the 2019/20 academic year. It would be offered and managed by the Department of Computing and Decision Sciences, Faculty of Business, with support from other departments and units of the University. This self-financed programme is supported by Lingnan Education Organization Limited (LEO) and Dr David P Chan, and a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed on 24 May 2018.

嶺南大學於2019/20學年起，開辦「嶺南教育機構陳斌博士數據科學學士學位課程」，課程由商學院電腦及決策科學學系負責課程設計及管理，並由大學其他院系單位參與協助。該自資課程由嶺南教育機構及陳斌博士支持，並於2018年5月24日簽署合作備忘錄。
