Description
The works in this catalogue were made to illustrate the uncensored 2012 edition of the novel Roadside Picnic by Boris and Arkady Strugatsky, originally published in 1972.
Works included were shown at Suite Gallery, Lingnan University, and Kunsthalle Brugg.

Artist Biography
Born in New Zealand, Douglas Stichbury holds a Masters in Fine Arts with Distinction from Massey University and is currently a Ph.D candidate in Philosophy at the European Graduate School. He has held numerous exhibitions internationally and been awarded residencies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, China and New Zealand. He has received grants from Creative New Zealand, the City of Linz, and was the 2014 winner of the National Parkin Prize for Contemporary Drawing. He currently lives and works in Brooklyn, U.S.A.
