影片介紹微觀教學法，一種衝破傳統「老師講解、學生聽課」的授課方式，以比較科學化的師資工作訓練坊，同時利用攝錄影機將演示錄影下來，再深入探討、分析、研究教學方法，反覆練習並細微觀察和改善。當中又以實例詳述微觀教學訓練的步驟、特質、技巧，分析學員如何提昇教學技巧及取向。
