跨媒體工作者暨香港中文大學新聞及傳播學院兼職助理教授劉天賜先生及香港樹仁學院英國語言及文學系教授暨系主任王建元教授於2006年4月10日應嶺南大學邀請，為嶺大學生主持大學論壇，解構僵屍，獲同學踴躍出席及提問。兩位講者以本身對僵屍文化的豐富知識，從不同角度向嶺大同學闡述僵屍的中外傳說，及有關的文學和電影作品，並剖析現代人對僵屍的理解，藉以揭開僵屍的神秘面紗。
As one of the Lingnan University assemblies, cross-media practitioner and part-time assistant professor of the School of Journalism and Communication, the Chinese University of Hong Kong Mr LAU Tin-chi together with the Head and Professor of the Department of English Language and Literature, the Hong Kong Shue Yan College Professor WONG Kin-yuen delivered a talk on a mysterious topic of zombies on 10 April 2006 on Lingnan campus. A number of areas regarding zombies were covered including the tales in the West and the East, related literatures, movies and contemporary perceptions.
