Abstract
It belongs to the efforts of subjugated knowledge and counter-hegemonic practices to break through the limitation of the dominant regimes of representation operating at home and abroad. Part of these efforts is the articulation of an alternative network of publications for the further enhancement of two vital functions of activist publication: the extension of the sphere of influence of one’s engagement and the dialogic field where critical intellectuals and activists interact with one another on the one hand, and the intervention to counter the constraints of established academic and media institutions on the other.
