Abstract
本文以对历届中共中央委员会委员个人基本信息和职业发展路径的数据分析为基础，以时间为线索，考察了中共成立以来中央委员会结构的变化。在本文中，中央委员会的结构主要指两个方面，即党、政、军在中央委员会中所占的比重和中央、地方代表在中央委员会中所占的比重。希冀通过对中央委员会结构历史沿革的分析来探讨中国共产党向执政党的转型。
Based on the data analysis of personal basic information and career development trajectories of all previous Central Committee (CC) members of the CPC, this article explores the structural changes of the CC since 1921 by time clue. In this article, CC structure refers to two pairs of relationships: the proportion of party, government and army in CC and the proportion of the representatives from the central and local in CC. By analyzing the history changes of CC’s structure, we hope to explore the CPC’s transformation to a ruling party.
