Abstract
本文以对历届中共中央委员会成员个人基本信息和职业发展路径的数据分析为基础，以时间为线索，在对中央委员会职位划分的基础上，考察中央委员会成员在不同系统交叉任职状况的历史变化。在向执政党转型的历史背景下，中央委员会成员在不同系统的交叉任职现象得到了很好克服，党和国家领导体制改革中的重要问题得到很好规范。具有不同系统任职经历的中央委员会成员所占比重在改革开放新时期有上升的趋势，这反映了在注重规范党、政、军等关系的同时，中国共产党十分注重领导干部能力的培养和提高。
This article, based on the data analysis of the previous CPC Central Committee members' personal basic information and career development path, with time as the clue, on the Central Committee position division based, studied the historical changes of the Central Committee members crossing to serve in different systems. In the historical background of transforming to the ruling party, the phenomenon of the Central Committee members crossing to serve in different systems was overcome, the important issues in the party and state leadership system reform were well standardized. The proportion of the members of the Central Committee with different systems working experience had a rising trend in the new period of reform and opening up, which reflected that the CPC attached great importance to cultivation and improvement of the ability of leading cadres, as well as the regulation of the party, government and army relations.
