On Day 4 (16 June 2018), in the session of “Community Building Experiences”, the moderator was AU YEUNG Lai Seung (Lingnan University, Hong Kong). There were three speakers. Bidyut MOHANTY (Institute of Social Sciences, India) delivered a lecture on Decentralization and Community Governance in India - A Gender Perspective. Cecile MUKARUBUGA (Green Village Foundation, Rwanda) delivered a lecture on “GACACA (the traditional community court system) as a Community Building Model: Experience of Rwanda”. Marina PIKULINA (PeaceWomen Across the Globe, Uzbekistan/Israel) delivered a lecture on Kibbutz experience.
