In order to further expand the concept of Service-Learning throughout the Asia-Pacific Region, the 2^nd Asia-Pacific Regional Conference on Service-Learning, titled “Crossing Borders, Making Connections: Service-Learning in Diverse Communities” has been held in June, 2009. In this Special Issue, we will guide you through our 5-day conference, including the highlights, the accomplishments; the knowledge gained, the experience shared, and most importantly, the participation of our Service-Learning students.

為推動服務研習於亞太地區的發展，我們於2009年6月舉辦了第二屆亞太地區服務研習會議 - 「跨越界限，建立聯繫：在多元社區中實踐服務研習」。本特刊將回顧5天的會議點滴，當中包括：會議摘要及成果、交流的知識及經驗，當然還有參與學生的分享。
