1904年嶺南學堂選定康樂樓為永久校址, 築於康樂小岡之上，位處廣州之東三英里篳路藍縷，慘淡經營，圖中為初期臨時蓋搭之木屋兩憧，周圍廣220呎長285呎. (說明取材自李瑞明編的內"歷史圖片專頁")。
