Description
On the 10 September 2015, for the preparation for the planting of autumn vegetables, the Lingnan Gardeners harvested malabar spinach, water spinach and amaranth, and consolidated the land. Besides, the Gardeners had okra soup, eggplant rice and noodles with Lingnan Garden’s chili sauce for their lunch which were very delicious and healthy.
2015年9月12日中午，嶺南彩園農夫們一起收潺菜、空心菜和莧菜，為秋茬蔬菜種植整理土地，還一起享用了美味的茄子煲飯和彩園辣椒醬拌麵作為午餐，更有彩園秋葵湯和憂遁草蘋果汁做餐湯和飲料，十足的美味與健康。
