Abstract
“The Archive of a Deleted User: @needsomeplacetodream” is a work of creative fiction that centers on a woman whose life has been shaped by the demands of marriage, motherhood, and patriarchal expectation. In the midst of this unbearable pressure, she turns to online fan fiction as a private but powerful space of expressing herself. Through the imagined archive of a deleted user, the creative work traces fragment of desire, silence, frustration, and resistance, revealing how anonymity on the internet can become a temporary and self-created “room of one’s own”. blending the fictional blog-post-like entries with an archival structure, the project explores women’s voice and space, and discusses whether fan fiction is merely escape, or a form of agency.
