We are honored to have Sir James Mirrlees, Nobel Laureate in Economic Science, to be the Keynote Speaker. The Workshop is co-organized with The Institute of Global Economics and Finance of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The Lingnan University.
