Abstract
規范性已成為當代哲學中的一個核心概念。它與一系列其它重要概念如理由、語義、意向、自由、因果等的關系,它對一系列相關理論難題的解釋效力,的確都關聯到它的深層結構問題。本文力圖證明存在著三種基本的規范性形態,并顯示三者在什么意義上既相對獨立又動態依存,從而具有結構及功能上的互補統一性。作為一種廣義的規范性判準之基礎的外在理由,及其與所謂內隱規范的關系,也會在一種關于進化史的歷時整體論視野下獲得解說。
The notion of normativity has been a central concept in contemporary philosophy.This article purports to demonstrate that there are three basic forms of normativity,and to show in what sense these three dynamically relate to each other while maintaining their relative independence,thus possessing certain complementary unity from the structural and functional point of view.The notion of external reasons,as the basis for a broad criterion of normativity,with their distinctive relations to implicit norms,is explicated accordingly under the framework of a diachronic holism about the evolutionary history.
