Organised by Airport Authority Hong Kong, the SkyLeaders Development Programme, a comprehensive development programme designed to provide students with practical work experience and leadership development opportunities, aims to nurture future leaders for Hong Kong and supports university education for students with high potential for careers in aviation. It is open to the students of seven tertiary institutions in Hong Kong as well as Chinese Mainland students from Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou and Zhejiang University in Hangzhou.
「香港機場領袖培育計劃」由香港機場管理局主辦，目的是協助同學盡展所長，以培養香港及內地的未來領袖，並協助有意晉身航空業的優秀學生完成大學課程。計劃內容包括CEO與大學生對談、香港機場領袖獎學金、導師指導、暑期實習和行政管理培訓計劃。該計劃接受香港七間間大學及內地兩間大學，包括廣州中山大學及杭州浙江大學的學生之申請。
