Description
About thirty participants learnt to decorate vegetable-shaped cookies with royal icing In the cookie tutorial. Participants had to split and take turns to learn how to put icing on the cookies and work in the garden. They also had rice-cooker chicken, eggplant rice, organic soybean sauce with mushroom, and fried rice vermicelli for the dinner.
有近30人參加曲奇製作班，場面熱鬧，學生們輪流學習製作曲奇圖案和在彩園勞動。參與者更自製各種美食，如電飯煲雞、茄子飯、有機香菇黃豆醬、自製炒米粉等等，歡聚之餘，也飽了口福。
